As a Service Design expert, he believes that one fundamental requirement for us to be able to achieve holistic development is not merely executing projects that we think the users will like, rather it lies in working the users (the people) to design projects and services that delivers on every touch-point thereby reducing the customer’s pain points and alienation as this process makes room for fast failures and a continuous iteration which ultimately improves the whole customer/user experience which in turn has a positive on social capital and public institutions.
